The Edelbrock Victor Ram 23-degree #7070 is a tunnel ram manifold base that is for the control of high velocity mixture flow, especially above 8500 rpm. The Edelbrock Victor Ram 23-degree #7070 is a manifold base only and must be paired with the removable top #7073 (sold separately). The Edelbrock Victor Ram 23-degree #7073 top is compatible with dual, sideways mounted, standard-flange carburetors. Suited to drag race engines operating at 6500-10,000 rpm and race boat engines above 7000 rpm. Does not fit raised port cylinder heads or 1987 and later cast iron heads. Installation Notes: • Recommended intake gasket: Fel-Pro #1206 • Distance from carburetor center to carburetor center: 8.88" • Manifold top with base height: 9.25” • H.E.I. ignition will not clear manifold • H.E.I. ignition will not clear manifold • Match with Edelbrock top #7073 • Can be port matched to a Fel-Pro 1207 gasket • Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant #1076, DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS.
