The IAC (Idle Air Control) and valve uses a small electric motor to vary engine idle rpm to exactly where you set it at in your ECU parameters. Part Number 308023: Wiring Pigtail allows use of Early GM TPI Style IAC in vehicle that has a wiring harness for Late GM IAC style connectors.
